We understand that you're experiencing issues with your PC Game Pass games. It sounds like there may be an issue with the age restrictions on your account. To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:



1. Try signing out of the Xbox app and signing back in.

2. If the issue persists, try resetting the Xbox app by going to "Settings" > "Apps" > "Apps & features" > "Xbox" > "Advanced options" > "Reset."
3. Try resetting the Microsoft Store app by going to "Settings" > "Apps" > "Apps & features" > "Xbox" > "Advanced options" > Terminate, Repair and Reset

4. Reset the Microsoft Store cache: Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then select OK.

By the way, I would like to ask if it's only Xbox game are gone?

Are you part of Insider program?

May I ask for the Xbox App version?

The enforcement page does not show anything to support why I have been banned. No current strikes, active, completed, or expired suspensions either. If I open the Xbox app on my computer I am still able to use PC game pass services. Additionally, while inside of the Xbox app, If I were to manage subscriptions through account settings, it then opens my Microsoft account on my browser. From there If I try to manage subscriptions I am directed to the Xbox website. Where, If I try to sign in, I am told my account is suspended.

I know that I pay for Xbox PC game pass and Microsoft Realms because of my statements I receive from the bank. Additionally, as previously mentioned, I am still able to use Xbox PC game pass which verifies that I am the account using the subscriptions and no one else is. I haven't started my Xbox in over a year most likely. So I don't know if I am able to use Xbox Live on it or not.

May I ask why I was able to play it on my PC without the Game Pass to begin with?

I did manage to change my region to US West Virginia and I am still receiving the same error. Why is that? Not all states are able to buy this game pass?
