Why am I unable to play AoE DE through the xbox app win 10 offline

I just don't understand why nobody could give me an answer until now. The off-line mode ist activated, my device is set as an off line device, but everyday when I start the laptop new to play AoE DE (without internet), the game asks me to sign in through
the xbox live app...Even trying to switch to Singleplayer mode it won't let me..It's either sign in with xbox or end the game? I am really desperate to get it work off-line mode… I tried to find a way to switch xbox off-line, but there is no button for off-line
permission in the app either. I even contacted Microsoft support...but they say it might have to do with the update....I checked for the latest update...Still the same...Please can someone help me?

Problems playing AoE De offline

I downloaded the AoE DE and I followed the indications to play offline...Iset device as Off line device to play games and I changed in the settings for off line play in the Microsoft account. Nevertheless everytime I start the game off line it asks me to
sign in with xbox online. I just want to play single player mode offline ..

I even tried to look at the Xbox app to put it into the offline mode, but I can't find it..I looked at settings and nothing . What more can I do? Can someone help please?

Did you play the game at least once while online and signed in to xbox live?

 

Thanks for the link, but I think I read various posts about playing off-line.Yes, I tried it several times, but anytime I start the computer and start the game being off-line it gives me the same problem. I tried to push all the buttons in order to by
pass the sign-in box, but it won't let me simply play any mode off-line. I don't know what to do anymore or if there is some kind of trick to play with xbox off-line or work around xbox or to get the game running in off-line mode?

games need to be signed into Xbox Live in order to save progression and other things to the cloud. It depends on the game itself.
