    Why am I unable to manage my account?


    Hi, I am having trouble with managing an account from Minecraft. I have three Microsoft accounts, but when I click on the first one it would send me to a different account I own. I have tried to log in personally into that account and It turns out it is connected to an email I do not have access to. How can I recover this account? I can still play minecraft with this account, I am just unable to manage or access its settings.

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you're having challenges logging in to your Minecraft account.

    As part of our initial troubleshooting, kindly make sure that you are logged in using the same Microsoft account where you purchased the game. If you purchased it from Microsoft store, you may check it by going to this link using your web browser:

    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    Select "All available" in the ordered within drop down menu.

    How to file a complaint over phone or through email speaking to a real person

    I have called customer support three times about my account being permanently suspended without details. I found unusual activity reported in my junk mail that I was unaware of from Moscow Russia and I think this is why I am suspended, but I am unable to file an appeal. It gives me an error every time and I am unable to unlock my account. Any help?
