    Why am I unable to download a game that I have purchased?


    Hi. I had purchased Omori before it was removed from the Xbox store. Despite online searching say that I can still download and play it, I am unable to do so. It feels like robbing since I paid for the game and now I no longer have it.

    I understand your frustration. If you purchased a game and it is later removed from the store, you should still be able to download and play it.

    However, there are a few reasons why this might not be possible.

    One possibility is that the game has been removed from the store for legal reasons. In this case, Microsoft may not be able to provide you with further access to the game.

    Another possibility is that there is a problem with your Microsoft account. Make sure your account is up to date and there are no issues with your Xbox Live Gold or Game Pass subscription.

    You can also try restarting your Xbox console and router. Sometimes this can fix download issues.

    Can you still see the game in your purchase history? If you do, you should be able to click and download it from there even if the game has been delisted.

    Ah, I see. Then most likely it's because of legal reasons, since my Microsoft account is fine. I tried downloading it from my PC via the Xbox app, but it wouldn't let me.

    It's still rather disappointing since I basically no longer own that game and will get nothing back from it.
