Why am I unable to create a new Microsoft account?

Avoid using public Wi-Fi networks, as they might trigger security blocks.

And then disable VPN temporarily because VPNs can sometimes be flagged as suspicious due to their location-masking properties. Turn off the VPN and attempt account creation directly on a secure and private connection.

Next is to clear browser cache and cookies by opening your browser’s settings and clear cookies, cache, and browsing history. Restart the browser and retry accessing the account creation page.

Then use a different device or browser in creating the account like another PC or mobile phone. Use a browser like Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Firefox to access the account creation page.

thank you for your reply! I just don't understand why for the level of such a egregious comment when I had reported did not get said user ban from online play and creating new accounts to futher harass me but I will continue to submit a report through
xbox on the said user account to make sure I am not further harassed in the future unless I am told the user in question is gone from the platform or is unable to acess online play to harass me in game and is unable to create new accounts to harass me with
through messages and other means. but thanks again for the help!

I am unable to create the microsoft 'outlook.com' account itself. I believe the account is created but not letting me to do the parent consent due to which the accounts created are set to delete in the microsoft system.

Any help to solve this is much appreciated.

If the account is within the 30 days that you created it or within 30 days of changing the Microsoft account, that would be why it is showing you are unable to change the Microsoft Account at the moment.

For security reasons, there is a 30 Day grace period where the Microsoft Account is unable to be chaged after the creation of the account or after the Microsoft Account has been changed.

You could definitely try waiting a little while. Also, maybe try clearing your browser cache/cookies and restarting it, or trying a different browser. Let me know if that helps.
