    Why am I suspended?


    I have had my account suspended for two weeks but Xbox won’t specify why other than a generic harassment claim? How can they justify continuing to take my money without explaining why I’m not allowed to use the product I’m paying them for? Why is it impossible to speak to anyone about this? How can a huge company’s customer service be so bad?

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com. Unfortunately 24hr suspensions are not eligible for case review.

    Check your email account associated with your gamertag. You will have an email from Xbox with reasons why you have been suspended.

    they don't specify exactly what you did but generalise what you did, when suspended you forfeit any time lost. lucky you don't get a perm ban as then you forfeit all your games, apps and any subscription time left.

    Hello again, this is really weird and the only way to know what happened is by logging in to the Enforcement website, and seeing your account reputation.
