Why am I suspended for a year for almost no reason at all?

So I have a very competative nature with games and have been somewhat toxic to my teammates and I guess I got reported 3 times for the strikes, so already theres 6/8 strikes, Then I decided to upload a gamerpic, there was abolutely nothing wrong with it, I even looked over the community guidelines and everything that could relate to it. then I got my final 2 strikes that suspended me for a year. The appeal I sent in almost got immediately rejected as if a bot looked over it. So if anyone knows what I should do that would mean a lot, Thanks.

I am sorry you are having issues with the banning system on Xbox. These cases are reviewed by actual humans. There can be numerous reasons why the pfp was banned, the bot that detects gamerpics can be quite sensitive.

You can find all your bans and their reasons here: [support.xbox.com/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/enforcement-history]. You can also appeal most bans here also. It is up to the enforcement team whether they validate the appeal.

If your appeal was rejected, there genuinely is nothing to be done. I am sorry. You can only appeal once and there is no other system in place.

You will have to wait out the ban.

I have several years with my own but I'm just going to play a year with the live and yesterday for no reason I was suspended, check my email and saw that it was suspended temporarily gives me reason why I temporarily suspended, and review and only I indicates
the date that I was suspended and the date on which it will restore me but gives me no reason why this suspension. I would like to know why and I did for that suspended me? and if I can remove the suspension at this time?
