    why am i suspended for a month?


    Okay so recently I got onto my xbox to talk to my friends and found out I'm suspended for an entire month? I'm only suspended from text chat and online multiplayer, so basically I just can't play any of the games I have downloaded until August 26th. I go to enforcement history, hoping to be able to appeal this, and there is nothing under current suspensions? Should I be worried about this or is it just a glitch?? I've already tried reaching out, no answers. And my alt has gotten permanently banned too, for no reason.

    Hello MACI.TUTROW.0041867, sorry to hear you've been suspended.

    If you don't see a listing of the issue on your account at https://enforcement.xbox.com then that could be due to two reasons.

    1. You've been suspended only from that specific game which would mean that you would need to contact their support service specifically to find out the reason.

    2. If you're under 18 or the age of majority in your country then that would mean that the parent account would be able to see the reason and submit a case review regarding the suspension.

    That is odd, thanks for the info though. What I would recommend from here then would be to contact support via https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and ask to be escalated to a Microsoft Advocate when you get to a fellow gamer. They wouldn't be able to help if it is an enforcement action but should be able to let you know for sure what's going on.

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com. Unfortunately 24hr suspensions are not eligible for case review.
