Why am I stuck back at level one on Warzone 2?

Activision are aware of it, as it is affecting more users. They should have a fix for it soon.

Is that why I am stuck at level 2 for so long? I swear I have been trying to help people, but it is not rising. So basically, just normally help, and my level will rise with time?

I have noticed that as well. I am stuck on level 1 of the prestige mode and have to get 200000000 points to reach level 2. not sure how to solve that problem.

also whats level 2 why am i only level 1, i want to level up lol
