Why am i still unable to talk

yes i waa recently banned and nuted a month ago for 2 weeks well my time has elapsed but im still unable to talk or message my friends and it's acting like I'm still muted and on case review its already settled can someone please help

Unable to hear or talk to people in party chat, and am unable to message people on xbox or smartglass

I had my account suspended, and I was unable to submit a case review. I honestly have no idea why I was suspended, but it doesn't really matter. The suspension is over and for some reason I am still unable to talk to people in a party. I am able to receive
all types of messages and invites, but for some reason I am still unable to send messages or communicate in partys.

Why aren't I still able to talk?

Hello, a few weeks ago I was suspended from speaking and playing on Xbox for "harassment", and I was soon (unsuspended) released from my suspension and I'm capable of gaming but I still can't send messages or speak, Is this a glitch or am I still suspended
for some reason. Anyone who know what's going on please reply, Thank You

This may help fix the issue.

First, remove/delete that account from your Xbox console.

Then power cycle the console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds or until it shuts off.

After that is complete, restart the console and then recover that account back.

I've seen some reports from people saying that this does work.

I was also communication banned for a week that ended 2 days ago and still am unable to talk online with others.

Thanks for the help all my communication and multiplayer settings were already set so I can talk so it that is not the problem and I still cannot use voice chat. My microphone works as I just tested it on a computer and can still use mic monitoring. I still don’t know why this problem is happening and am unable to fix it also I have used these headphones for a couple months now.
