    why am i still suspended?


    on xbox live i was suspended for supposedly using hate speech, when at the time i did not have access to the account. i could not submit a case review because i did not have access to the account and we were all convinced that the account was basically unsalvageable. i got suspended for something i didn’t do, so my question would be what are the chances of getting my account back? the incident happened quite a long time ago.

    why am i still suspended?

    If the suspension is still active, you can try submitting a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com If it's permanent and you were given the ban over 12 months ago, it would not longer be possible to submit a review and you would not get the account back. Even with a review, it's not a guarantee the suspension will be lifted.

    Just a friendly reminder though that it does not mean that we have appealed it will be taken off. It may take some time as well for the enforcement team to check your request.

    See here's the thing I have checked and nothing popped up there was no enforcement history I did get it appealed but clearly microsoft just didn't update it I guess I will check again and update you francia

    Absolutely! Playing hits different if it's with friends. I don't mind losing at least we're all losing.
