Why am I still being charged for GamePass when I unsubscribed MONTHS ago?

Ok Brittany, that means the carges are coming from another account. EVERY active subscription should appear on that link

In these type of cases you should go to your financial entity and dispute the charge to block it as well.

This is because access is mandatory to cancel a suscription from Xbox side

Hi, I followed the link and signed in, to no avail. There are no subscriptions registered/active on my account. This is the only account I have ever made. Thank you for your support.

I'm having the same issue, launching any games I have through Gamepass says I don't have the Gamepass subscription current. But when I check my account, all of my information is up to date, but it says that the payment for this month's service is still
pending, despite that payment being made a week ago; my bank account even shows the charge for it.

Thanks for getting back so quickly. I've logged in and set the filter as you said but there is still only one transaction. No other email is associated with my account.

Any suggestions?
