Why am I still banned/suspended on xbox for a whole year after my appeal was approved?

Hello I am long time xbox user I was permenemly suspended and when I went to appeal I was admittedly declined for appeal and now couple years after that to this day i feel as my ban was unjustified andcwondering if ther was any way to appeal my suspention

I was specifically told through Xbox support that enforcement checks here, and that they did not understand why I could not appeal the ban. It’s a ban I can’t appeal that I only got for inquiring about my original ban in the first place. It’s basically a
“don’t ask questions” from Microsoft. I am aware that console bans exists, and I’m aware of why they exist.

This whole thing is a joke. ive been a loyal Xbox customer for 11 years and I can’t imagine I’ll buy another Microsoft product again. I receive an un appealable ban and I only received it once I questioned the ban.

10 year old kids run around in game screaming the Nword and making rape jokes , but send me straight to hell for saying “puss”.

I did that already and the appeal was denied. I seriously don't know what to do. There are still no details on my ban and I don't know who to go to to get my account unbanned. Am I going to have to just make a whole new account? After all the money and time and effort I put into my previous one? That's a complete waste of years of my time.
