    Check if your account has any active penalties on this link. enforcement.xbox.com/

    You may receive penalties for past activities.

    If everything is fine with your account, clean your console's MAC and see if it resolves the issue.

    Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address and Clear.

    Still no change on enforcement shouldnt be able to enforce it if no enforcement on account. Or showing why thats classed as breaking rules if dont know why the suspension is on
