Why am I seeing error 0x87e10bef? Minecraft dungeons content owned by another account?...

Please try the following steps one at a time to resolve the issue:



Solution 1: Do a power cycle to clear the cache of the console



1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4, Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox console.

Solution 2: Uninstall and reinstall the game on your console.

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide, then select My games & apps > See all > Games (or Apps).

Highlight the game or app you want to uninstall, press the Menu button , select Uninstall, and then follow the prompts.

You can then reinstall the game or app by inserting the disc or downloading it again from the Microsoft Store or Xbox Game Pass, or by going to My games & apps > See all > Full library.

Solution 3: Let's try doing a factory reset.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.

3. Select Reset console.

4. Reset and keep my games & apps.

If you try another Switch profile does that work to log in again? The sync on Switch is just for the achievements and online play as far as I know. So as long as the main Switch account owns the game other accounts on the Switch should be able to play with
their own savefile and own MS account.

Hello I tried this and it still isn’t working, I can’t load fortnite either I get the error code 0x87e10bef.

I can get into games on rocket league

The Hero - Edition of Minecraft dungeons isn't installing on my Microsoft store

when I install Hero - Edition it gives this error code: 0x803FB107

when I install Minecraft dungeons itself it gives this error code: 0x80073CF3

Microsoft please help me get Minecraft dungeons and please do the following verification.

On the "Privacy and Online safety" page of Xbox I see only some tutorials on how to edit it and nothing that looks like a setting whatsoever. I am encountering the same problem with Minecraft Dungeons and the privilege error and I cannot resolve it.
