Why am i only level 2 when ive been in the program for almost 7 years?

I dont understand this ive been using xbox live in china for almost 3 years no problem ive spend all the money why now and why cant xbox make an announcement...like tonight i could connect for the first time in like 2 weeks but only for like 3 minutes....
then the same problem MUT error.... this is not fair MS ive been a good customer for almost 5 years.. plssss help us out in china.... why ae you guys taking so long why ignoring us here in china....(dumptuck2020 you could not say it in a better word) TIC

There is a post count. It's supposed to be, when you reach a certain number of posts, your user level will increase. But that's a farce considering I've been actively posting at level 7 for almost 4 years.

I totally agree. I used to have an older account that I created on launch, and it took me almost 1 year to be accepted into the Ambassador program. It was a big thing then, because they didn't just hand it out. I figured with my new account, I would give
it a try, because it had been almost 1 1/2 years since I had my old account. I was accepted into the program in 4 days. It's sad how this can happen. I am amazed how down hill this has gone.

And Microsoft have no explanation to this? The product has been out for almost 10 years now and they still cant fix simple things like this? Sorry, but this is really annoying me, when I am the only one of my group of friends who cant connect then why does
it say open NAT? If this is the case with the Xbox One as well then im jumping over to Sony because these connection problems have been driving me mad all the years ive had xbox.

I will try emailing them. Ive had no enforcements on my account for at least 3 years and Ive never been an ambassador before.

The only enforcement on my account was for a gamerpic. My gamerscore is 120k, Ive been an xbox gold member for almost a decade, MS support says I meet the requirements so i dont get why the sites not working for me.
