Why am I now getting ads when I play solitaire premium suite

Thanks for your advice. My subscriptions are showing as active and I clicked on restore subscriptions on the main menu. Unfortunately it hasn’t solved the problem

If your answer is affirmative, please try this:

Open Solitaire Collection > click on “Menu” > scroll down to the bottom > click “restore purchases”.
You should be able to see the ads removed from your game.

Came to log in again today and guess what - more ads. I am now really angry with Microsoft and any advice you can give will be greatly appreciated

Based on this information, I can suggest this potential fix:

Step 1.
Press the Windows key + R key to open the Run window > type wsreset.exe > wait until the store opens automatically, and sign out of your account.

Step 2.
Press the Windows key + I to open PC Settings > Apps & Features > Installed apps > locate the Solitaire Collection app and go to advanced settings > click on “repair” and “reset”.
Open the Solitaire Collection app and sign out of your account if you're logged in automatically.

Step 3.
Restart your PC and sign in with the account that owns the Solitaire Collection subscription on both the Microsoft Store and the Solitaire Collection app.
