Why am I not receiving my points?

I was sent an email saying I had over 3500 Xbox points. It gave me an option for an early entry. I did that. When I go there is says I have 3500 points. After that I purchased another 12 month subscription. Which should have gave me more points. They
never showed up. I should have at least 6500 to 7000 Microsoft points. If you look at my account you will see this. Please respond so I know who to contact. Or fix this. I have been an Xbox Gold member since the system game out. Thank you.

However, the amount for points do not get deposited until it reaches 5000. If you have less it will wait until it reaches that amount.

As for the Gold, points will not be added until the actual renewal date. So, if your current membership doesn't end until Jan 15 then the points would not be added until that date.

 

Your reply is not satisfactory. I should get the rewards when I purchase the card not when the renew date expirers. Do you have any documentation to back that up. If so that is wrong.

maximum of three thousand (3,000) Rewards Credits during a twelve (12) month period. To renew your Xbox Live Gold membership,either redeem a Prepaid Live Gold membership, purchase a membership from your Xbox 360 or Xbox One console’s Dashboard,

One other note: It isn't Microsoft Points anymore. That number means you'll have $1 added for every 1000 points when you request a deposit. If you have 3500 points, that's $3 and some change that you have.
