Why am I not receiving anything from gta+ on my series s after 24 hours of purchasing it

GTA Plus is only available on the Xbox Series X|S version of GTA V. That will be why you didn't get anything in game.

Purchases can take up to 96 hours to be processed. We have just received your purchase on the 11th, and are processing that purchase. At the current time we have still not received a fourth series purchase. This is why you have not yet completed the offer.
As mentioned in our FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

I made my purchase from my Xbox series S Store on the console, and I made the purchase a couple of months ago, but I never could figure anything out after the delivery attempt had been made because once it said "looking for an alternative address" I tried making a delivery change on the UPS website and had no luck because it said delivery changes wasn't avalible for the package and still haven't received a refund or anything yet.

Hello so the game I'm having issues is ((GTA v -story mode-version))on my Xbox series s digital ,and my console can't find it after purchase the game in store.

My son made 2 purchases of cash cards in GTA on his XBox one that haven't shown on his account.

These were purchased on 1st January and I've been trying for weeks to contact Microsoft via Live Chat/Call Back but failed every time! Each time I request a call back it just states there has been an error and to try again. It's getting beyond a joke that I can't communicate with anybody so thought I'd try posting to the community in case anyone can help. I've tried everything it advises in the self help sections.

The first purchase was for 'GTA Online: Great White Shark Cash Card (Xbox Series X|S)' @ £11.99 and the other for 'GTA Online: Bull Shark Cash Card (Xbox Series X|S)' @ £5.99, not huge sums to lose I appreciate but it's the principle of paying for something that we haven't received!

Looking at the purchase receipt, it does state that they are for series X/S but my son has an Xbox One so may be a compatibility issue.

I'd just like to arrange for these transactions to be reversed if anyone can help point me in the right direction?

That is definitely the issue. As far as I am aware, the shark cards for the series X/S will only work with the Series X/S version of the game.
