Why am I not getting the next button when logging in?

I understand that you are having problems logging into your Microsoft account.



I suggest you try to sign in at Microsoft's official website: https://account.microsoft.com/

If you are using the Edge browser, then you can either press Ctrl + Shift + N on your keyboard to open a new InPrivate window to sign in, or try changing to a different browser and see if that gets you to the next step.

Theyre not all signed in at the same time she logs out and then logs into the next one and then thats when that button starts acting goofy

Just want to add that I too am sick of being asked for three different codes every time I try to log in. When I go next gen, I'll be getting PS4.

Same thing happened to me. Don't know why or for how long. My guess is its due to the 'Retrieve Credits' button being next to 'Reort Auction' button. I am not sure, that's just a guess.

When you say this must be done from a computer, do you have to be logged in to the computer as the child? My kids do not have Microsoft user accounts on my computer at the present time (though they have in the past). When I log in to Edge and go to aka.ms/familyverify, I get a popup message that says, "This site is trying to open Microsoft family features." When I click on the "open" button, I get another popup box that says "Sign in so you don't miss out." When I click the "Sign in" button on that popup, I am prompted for my Windows laptop PIN. This happens whether I am logged into Edge as myself, my child, or in an InPrivate window.
