    Why am I not getting Omega Updates even after enrolling in Insider program?


    Last week, I signed up for xbox insider program (on my xbox one) and enrolled myself with the omega tester option. I saw xbox insider twitter announcing one update for omega but when I checked on my console it's still not there for me.

    Any reason why this is happening? P.S - I also have another account on my xbox which is not enrolled in insider program. Can that be a cause of it too?

    Xbox PreView Program

    If you are referring to the insider program simply go to the enrolled xbox and open the Insider app

    Scroll to the right and it should tell you what program you are in such as Omega, Delta, Beta or Alpha



    Press A on the words you are currently enrolled in ...

    Go to manage

    At the bottom it should say which ones you are now eligible to enroll and at the very bottom un-enroll

    I was enrolled as an insider, Omega circle, but when I recieved the update an error ocurred. I tried every option avaliable, but since I'm part of the insider program, I can't use any OSU. So I started researshing way to solve my problem and verifying
    the versions installed on my friends consoles. The information I have gathered is that some people, even if they are not enrolled on the insider program, have the same OS version has I do. The same OS version that is mentioned above and that is not avaliable
    as a OSU. So, at the moment, my only option is to wait for the update. And I find it a shame that I went out of my way to enroll in a program to help Microsoft, but in case something goes wrong, they don't provide us with the tools to solve it. So I will wait,
    with my $300 brick, until there is an updated OSU. In other words, my problem is similar.

    Xbox Insider program     because the Insider program has been known to cause issues with the console more frequently than those that are not enrolled. This is due to the Xbox Insider users downloading either the alpha, beta, delta or the omega versions of the
