Why am I not getting money back from approved refund requests?

Hi People I'd love to clarify.

Please note that once your refund request was approved, it may take 3-5 business days to reflect back to the original payment method that you used. But if you used a Microsoft balance, it may take 24-72 hours to reflect back to your account.

Note that if your refund request is approved it shall take from 3 to 5 business days for your money to be back!

It can take a few days to get a response from a refund request. So since you already sent one in, I'd wait until you get an email confirming if the refund has been approved or not before doing anything. If it has been approved, then you'll get your money back after that.
