Why am I not earning points from playing solitaire on my chromebook

When I play any of my Play Anywhere games, like State of Decay, on my PC, I do not earn any achievements. When I play them on my Xbox One, I earn them as normal but do not get credit for any play that I did on my PC. Basically meaning if I met the
requirements during PC play, I have to redo all that play to earn the achievement, even though the game has saved my progress from the PC over to the Xbox. I also do not earn achievements on PC only games, like Solitaire. I am signed into the Xbox app on my
PC and start the games from the app. Any idea how to resolve this issue?

I found this post from 2016 that perfectly describes the issue that I am having. I don't know how this could not have been fixed by now...

There is no current ChromeOS version, and i think Microsoft will not make it.

thank you, but why won't microsoft make a chromebook edition for minecraft, or is it because it is not suitable for chromebooks

I am referring to credits that one gets from playing a game on-line (LIVE). When we load a game (Halo or Call of Duty as an example) we get a message that states "This Xbox 360 console has been temporarily banned from earning credits". My kids can play,
however they don't progress in the the earnings of the credits/points.
