Why am I not appearing online

Firstly, please ensure that you have an active internet connection and that your Xbox Live account is signed in. If you are not signed in, please sign in to your account.



If you are still experiencing issues, please try the following steps:



1. Check your privacy settings: Ensure that your privacy settings are set to "Everyone" or "Friends" so that your friends can see you online. You can check your privacy settings by going to your Xbox Live profile and selecting "Privacy & online safety."



2. Clear your cache: Clearing your cache can help resolve issues with appearing offline. To clear your cache, follow these steps:



- Press the Guide button on your controller.

- Go to Settings > All Settings > Network > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address > Clear.

- Restart your console.



3. Check your network connection: Ensure that your network connection is stable and that your NAT type is open. You can check your NAT type by going to Settings > Network > Network Settings > Test NAT Type.

Redownload your profile. And see that help. I had WP achievements not showing on my 360. And I deleted and redownloaded it to my system. And it showed up.

You may please check your privacy settings at settings / dats dataand online security in the left pane on this issue, as there is an item when using customized settings "show my online status" which may prevent you from being displayed as online when set
to "block".
