Why am I not able to simply download the Open Beta Battlefield V without the “Get EA Access” option ?

Battlefield V open beta preload

Hi, i’m trying to download the open beta of Battlefield V yet it is not working, giving mw a message “get EA access or redeem code”. I have preordered the game and were not given the code, I did download the early enlister pack from the store, is anybody
able to help me get the beta?

 

Downloading Battlefield V (EA Access)

When downloading Battlefield V it comes up that you can only download through EA access however, when contacting other friends they can download it without having EA Access. I do not have a membership with EA access but wish to download without having to
subscribe to EA Access. Please help me the beta ends Monday and i cannot download it!!!!!

Do you have gold on your account or do you share gold?

 

Also, are you an XBOX Insider testing out the new EA Access app?

I think i share gold with my kids....is here anyother way to game online ...besides gold ?

 

A gold subscription is the only thing needed to play online. If the gold is on your account and you are sharing it to your kids, then that shouldn't be the issue. If you're getting your gold from your kids, then that may be the issue. A lot of people have
reporting that getting gold directly on their account is a fix.

 

I subscribed to EA Access but it still wouldnt download the open beta...so i cancelled and restarted and it still gives me a “Get EA Access” instead of “Download”

Very infuriating...especially since everyone Ive talked to anout this has simply gone to the site and clicked download.
