    None of these options work for me since I am not able to log into my xbox account. There seems to be an issue with Microsoft/Xbox not accepting my password; I have already changed this and verified that it is correct. The account that I am using to post
    here is not the account affected by the issue, which is why the "My Account" link wont work for me.

    There are many reasons this can happen. I actually had this happen to me.

    You should try a different browser or device.

    If you have a different internet connection or a VPN, you should also try that.

    Personally, I reset my PC to factory settings and it now works. =D
