    Why am I missing money


    I’m Missing money on my account balance 18.71 dollars exactly and i didn’t buy anything. This happened right after I got a digital refund and I was supposed to get the total of 53.15 because I had a bit of money left over but nope I’m missing almost 20$ I just wanna know what happened and I already tried contacting support but for some reason no support option works

You may check your pre-ordered games (if you have pre-orders) as possible it was taken as part of your pre-order payment.
