Why am I missing Fallout 4 and Skyrim from my game library?

I am missing Fallout 4 and Skyrim for my game library. I know I specifically bought both. For some reason I still own the dlc just not the games. I own the "anniversary upgrade" in the market place but not the actual game anymore. This is the strangest thing I've seen. They are no longer present in my game library and the store says I need to buy them. It's possible I'm missing other games too. Why? I've tried resetting my Xbox, all the tips and tricks that I've read online. They are just missing.

Fiance has the same issue for skyrim, did they resolve your problem? Upgrade is too old to open a support ticket through orders for her.

You miss understand, I am asking why Microsoft has removed my game from purchase history and library? I am using the account I purchased it with.

Yes....I agree that Fallout was a darker game...I think I liked that though. As much as I like Skyrim, I think Fallout will last in my memory much longer. Skyrim is missing something and I can't put my finger on it. It just doesn't have the depth of style
that Fallout 3 had.

you can install mods to games like fallout 4 and skyrim, but as for console i wouldn't recommend doing that, but if you mean games then yes fallout 4 and Skyrim are your games
