    I have everything, the correct controller to the inside hub app, but when I try to play on my phone it just shows me the options of either to get the hub or join project X.

    Good afternoon

    Have you checked the installed game files?

    Sometimes game files can become corrupted or incomplete, which can cause the game to not load properly. To verify the game files, go to your Steam library, right-click on ARK, select Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Files. This process may take a few minutes to complete.

    You have already updated your graphics driver.

    Outdated or incorrect graphics drivers can cause issues with games not loading properly. Check your graphics card manufacturer's website to see if there are any updates available for your graphics drivers.

    How do I fix this issue?

    I see, could be a corruption with the system itself. But let’s try to isolate the problem a bit more.

    For this please try this: (skip the ones that you already tried)

    A. Reinstall Gaming Services using powershell command

    Press Windows key + X and then select Windows PowerShell (Admin).

    Type or copy / past the following commands and press Enter:

    Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers

    Remove-Item -Path "HKLM:\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServices" -recurse

    Remove-Item -Path "HKLM:\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServicesNet" -recurse

    Restart the PC and Open the Xbox application.

    A blue notification with the following message is going to appear at the bottom:
    "This app needs an extra component. Gaming Services is needed for playing some games. Administrator approval required. Install"

    Select Install to reinstall Gaming Services, once installed check again

    B. Open task manager > select the startup tab > disable all the programs listed there temporarily
    Restart the PC and try again

    C. Do a clean boot in your PC and try again

    D. Create a new local administrator user in your PC and try from there

    E. Perform an in-place upgrade for your system (is not the same as the regular windows update , and don't worry your content will remain)

    Thanks for the reply, let me get all that for you.

    I am using Windows 10
    This has been an ongoing issue that started about 3 months or so back and I am just now getting fed up with it.

    System has been kept up to date with the most recent updates.

    This happens only with Microsoft-related games. Steam works fine and games that are EA play work fine just Microsoft.

    So far I have tried to Reset the Microsoft store and Xbox app. I have also tried uninstalling and re-installing both. I have run multiple SFC scans and nothing is coming up as corrupt. I have also cleared the cache of both. Still nothing.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    I can confirm that the game is already launched and we may just need to perform troubleshooting steps. Please perform the steps below:

    Sign out on both Xbox App and then Microsoft Store App, and after that quit both apps before signing back in.

    Additional information is needed, please tell me:

    Are you using windows 10 or 11?
    When this started to happen?
    Do you know if your system received an update?
    Is this happening no matter the game that you try to install?
    And, what did you tried so far to fix this
    In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed
