    Why am I getting taken to Microsoft store on xbox when my friend is sending me invite in...


    When my friend sends me invite to join in gta 5 online series x/s version, I keep getting directed to the store and seeing this screen come up, we are playing the same version from game pass, only way I was able to join was when I loaded in and my friend would send me invite to a mission, would it be because i was playing it via cloud gaming? I am currently downloading the game right now to try again once it has installed, it was also a nightmare to play it with cloud gaming was glitching all over the place, would come good for about 10 seconds and i have a good internet connection

    Are you both on the same version of the game? If you are on Series you both need to be on series for example
