    Why am I getting Status Code 80004005-8af3094f-a5449533 on my xbox 360?


    whenever I go to purchase a game, i press search (y) and it tells me “This feature is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.” With the status code below it. I am unable to change my billing or payment information either and my network connection
    says I have a service alert. Please help.

    i have also checked xbox.com for service alerts and it says everything is running normally. What should i do to solve this?

    I have recently purchased a gift card for this xbox 360 and i do not want it to go to waste.

    I am having the issue of when i search for a game to buy in the store it will not pop up the option to buy the game. When I am in the game menu then hit "Y" to search again it pops up service code "80004005-8af3094f-a5449533" and will not let me buy any
    games, It is all the games i search not just one. This is on xbox 360 could someone please help me?

    Why am I getting Status Code 80004005-8af3094f-a5449533 on my xbox 360?

    Cant make 360 purchases on website. I have been having trouble trying to buy Saints Row 3 DLC, so I tried that since it wouldnt let me on my xbox one console, and it tells me I found a glitch and to check back later. I think they have changed something again.
    I was hoping I could get on my 360 and purchase that content, but now Im not so sure. I think I will try it this evening and update here what my attempts discovered.
