Why am I getting comms banned for a reason that doesn't apply?

Far as I know, comm bans only apply to the account in question and don't transfer....only time that would apply would be if it was a console ban as it would affect all accounts on that particular console.

A comm ban would apply to any comms on the XBox Live/Microsoft network...presumably Apex use their own servers for game chat (or do they use XBL for it?).

No clue whether your issue is because of a ban (pretty sure it just doesn't even attempt to connect if banned) or a tech issue, though given your perfect enforcement record, sounds more like a tech or settings issue

It’s a permanent suspension and I haven’t done anything in violation severe enough to be banned that’s for sure. Comms ban sure. Some people have excess of 5 comms bans with no permanent suspension. So it’s not abusing the system when a group of gamers come together to report one person to get them removed from a game because I wasn’t “going with the flow” of what they wanted? The system is dumb. If they look at all your messages why don’t they look at who messaged first and who violated the terms FIRST in the conversation? If the person sending the report violated the terms of agreement their whole report should be NULL. That way you can’t have bully’s report victims and get them perma banned. The whole ban system needs a rework. They aren’t showing why I got permanently suspended either when my other comms ban has the reason. Also, my other comms ban was for a typo, nice.

Still that doesn't justify it.

I've gotten comm bans, this isn't a comm ban. It's a privilege revoke. A permanent one. And with that being said, why exactly would they take my previous suspensions and use that against me in a matter that doesn't reflect voice or text communication and
doesn't inhibit an offense.

That blatantly means they simply did not look at it and just issued a permanent suspension due to the past account records. More so someone being lazy. Yes, I'll go there. That shouldn't have any impact on it at all if doesn't apply to it.

Not too mention, I've had this on my profile for almost 3 years with no issues until now, you explain that to me.
