I am sorry to hear that you're having issues with some errors in playing the game. Did you try managing the game and deleting the file in there? I think you can manage the game. To do so, please try this:

- Go to https://xbox.com/play and sign in with your Microsoft account.

- Select the Settings icon.

- Select the Manage games tab.

- You'll see a list of all games you've played through cloud gaming over the last 30 days.

- Select a game title to see the saves and storage items associated with that game.

- Delete it > Sign out then Sign back in to see if that would work.

I'm playing on pc, windows 11 and it is only in Black Ops 6. I don’t have any code but the error message is "Error code : Lost connection to host/server"

D: Black ops 3 isnt working.. I keep getting an error code, any suggestions why this is happening??

When i try to download black ops 1 or black ops 2 it give me that error code everything else works fine i downloaded a few games the same day and it worked but just black ops don't work

Ok can you give us a little more info like what happens when you test your Xbox live connection do you get any warnings or error's? also what error are you getting when you try to play a multiplayer game of Black Ops?
