Why am I getting a hazard logo on my game? And how do I get rid of it? (The game isn’t working)

In the bottom right corner of my game, when sitting on the home screen there is a hazard logo in the bottom right corner. When I load up the game, the game does not work. I’m not sure how to fix it because I am connected to wifi, I own the game, I’m signed in with the account that owns the game. Can anyone help me?

The game is Rust.

Please, make sure to make your XBOX the home console of your account.

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

To make this your home Xbox, select Make this my home Xbox.

The error you have is due to you not having a resolution selected in the top right box
