Why am i getting a Gashes.exe could not be started error?

when i start the computer. but sometimes starts few mins after the start up.

Here's the problem

Are you getting this after you have started windows or when you start a game or app?

there is malware with a similar name, and this kind of thing would be consistent with a malware infection

I recommend that you reboot and save mode by clicking the start menu, choosing shut down, and then pressing the FAQ in the computer reboots and choosing start in safe mode

From there you should run a full windows defender scan or any other anti-malware program you may be running

I'm sorry I cannot offer you any advice past that should be the malware, I suggest you take it to a qualified technician if you are unable to remove it yourself

Could you try power cycling the console fully? Note this is not the same as simply turning it off and on.
