Why am i getting a 61 day ban fur using the B word?

So i told someone to get some B words and now im banned gor 61 days? I was playing an M rated game and some dude called me inbread a direct insult. I didnt even call him a (Mod Removed) i just said to get some. He started off harrasing me. So the B word is equal to 61 day ban? Im switching im getting my PC fixed asap im so done. People can threaten me and call me much worse on xbox but when i report them nothing happens. No wonder why yall are failing. Ive contacted support for a repeal but who knows how long that will take. 61 days for using M rated language with someone over an M rated game is insane to me. Im done with yall. And if its not repealed im switching consoles again because at least playstation actually cares about their customers yall let people harass me and you do nothing but once im sick of it and say one thing thats not even against guidelines i didnt call him the B word make it make sense ive read the guidelines and have seen the examples and yall dont care 61 days for the B word is insane.

Support are nothing to do with enforcement so can't file an appeal.The only way to file for a case review is on the enforcement page HERE

The age rating of a game does not apply to any online aspect of that game.Anything you do on xbox live must be rated E for everyone no mater the age rating of that game.

I use the word “[Mod Removed - Inappropriate]” and I get auto banned.

I can see why the ban was for sexualised wording. There is no auto ban, it goes direct to Enforcement, who look at it and then hand out a suspension. This may not even be the message that got you suspended. Also if you have previous, you tend to end up top
of the list for action.

You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and from there file a case review if eligible. Each report is viewed by a member of the enforcement team. It is not an automated system.

The problem I have with this is that I am being treated like a child which is completely ridiculous and saying
[Mod Removed - Profanity] in the terms of tom [Mod Removed - Profanity] and harry as a name on xbox and getting a 7 day ban is stupid and something you would expect to be punished for when you are below the age of 6 ,this is
why I believe my review wasn't understood correctly and have just seen the word
[Mod Removed - Profanity] and presumed im throwing insults about of which I wasn't.

Why does the word gay get you banned? l G b t q use it, you dont ban all them users from talking to people. What are gay people if they aint gay? I shouldnt be banned for using this word. Its damn near homophobic you guys have it banned
