    Why am I console banned for a month without reason?


    Just got home from a long day at work to see, i guess, console ban. Can't talk in parties on any account can't play online, I've jumped through every hoop and robot this site has and haven't talked to a person yet. I go to my suspension page and nothing there so I need a person

    The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here would have information about your suspension.

    Keep in mind that LFG posts are only for looking for others to play a game with. They should essentially be 'I'm looking for x amount of people to play this game with". Anything other than that can typically result in a suspension.

    Microsoft does not disclose the reason for a device ban.

    Usually, though, device bans are issued for (but not necessarily limited to) these kinds of reasons:

    - Hacking, tampering.

    - Account fraud, phishing.

    - Repeated violations of the code of conduct.

    Whatever the reason, what's done is done, and device bans are permanent and irreversible. The console can only be played offline now.
    I want to review why my console was banned without a reason why I have not been informed in order to appeal this decision, no service has given me an answer. They only read the terms or tell me that this information is confidential. I demand to have an answer
    on why, since it is not fair that I carry out a process of these without having a motive.
