Why am I being suspended for something Xbox has to pre approve before it is uploaded?

I’m being reported by someone I play online games with every day, for a gamer pic that had to be pre approved by Xbox before it is uploaded. I’ve been suspended twice this week and the second one was not even 24 hours after the first suspension. Why was the gamer pic allowed to be put back up in the first place. I’ve had pictures that were not approved so I know that the picture is being seen by someone or something so I’m lost as to why I being suspended for something that has to be pre approved. I have not heard back from any of my appeals and I’m starting to reconsider my loyalty to Microsoft. I spend thousands on products (series x, both gen controllers, games, headsets, monitors) to play and I’m being suspended for nonsense. And it’s all grief. And then when I try to contact support they say they can’t help and that I need to appeal my case. Feedback from someone that can help assist in the situation would be nice because there is a lot of discrimination involved in this as well as the gamer picture has to do with religion.

No, you cannot. The enforcement team decides which violations can and cannot be disputed.

I made a post about rally racing. By no means does it violate any terms and conditions yet I'm suspended for it and they will not allow a dispute and there's not a single email address for the enforcement team

I was just suspended wrongfully and have no way to dispute it as this violation is undisputable. I made an LFG post for rally racing! It's short and obvious nothing was violated

They don't send warnings. The code of conduct/terms of service you agree to when you signed up are considered the warnings.

But they approve it then suspended for it doesn't make sense if Xbox has to verify to say its okay then to suspend me for them approving. Otherwise the picture would have not been uploaded correct. So why does the individual pay for something the company approved?

The New Agreement. States clearly "or by continuing to use the services after being notified of the change of these terms" so I ask again where was my notice? Read the new agreement fully before you respond because it clearly says after being notified.
