    Why am I being ignored by xbox support about Forza Motorsport performance issues on PC?


    I got early access of the new Forza M. The game has so many performance issues on my PC. As a reference: I can play the last Forza Horizon in 4k ultra settings at more than 60fps. The new Forza Motorsport has so many performance issues I cant even play it in low settings. I am an Xbox/Microsoft/PC since the first xbox back in 2001.

    WHY AM I BEING IGNORED BY XBOX SUPPORT? THEY DONT WANT TO GIVE A REFUND AND THE GAME RUNS HORRIBLE

    How do I launch Forza Motorsport on Pc after Update 3.0

    Based on your description, you are unable to launch Forza Motorsport after an update. There is a list of troubleshooting that you can try to perform below. Before that, please let us know details about your concern:

    • May we know if Forza Motorsport is installed from Xbox app?

    If you are experiencing issues launching Forza Motorsport on PC after the 3.0 update, there are a few things you can try:

    1. Restart your PC and try launching the game again.

    2. Check to see if there are any pending updates for the game in the Microsoft Store app.

    3. Try resetting the game by going to Settings > Apps > Forza Motorsport > Advanced Options > Reset.

    4. If none of the above steps work, you can try performing the steps from this link: My Game is Not Launching or is Crashing on PC – Forza Support (forzamotorsport.net)

    5. Try installing other games to see if issue persists to all games.

    6. Lastly, you may try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

    Forza Motorsport 3 suddenly crashes while loading an Xbox Live game

    It's been a few days since you've posted this and we wanted to know, has the issue has been resolved? After researching the issue, it looks as though some users were able to fix similar issues by performing multiple resets on their console.
