    Why am I being double punished


    I have been banned at the beginning of the month for a message that was sent. I deleted the message blocked the person and haven't said anything to anyone. Why am I banned again for the same message. The guy reporting me is just doing this out of spite because he couldn't kill me in a video game. At what point is this harassment and double punishment?

    Have no info on ban to console, Enforcement page no help.

    see that's the problem. I have no way to contact them but I also am banned but not told why. I would like to know why I'm being punished.
