Why am I being charged for something I never purchased?

Exavier, in this situation I recommend checking your account's Order History and see if you find these charges there, and does they come from.

As stated on the Xbox website, there are a few reasons this may happen:

" You have an Xbox subscription or trial that was auto-renewed and charged you for additional time.

You’re sharing your Microsoft account or don't have your account password protected.

Someone in your household or Xbox family group made the purchase without your consent. "

If the charge was not on any Microsoft account that you have access to, you need to contact the bank and report those charges as not recognized so they can do the proper procedure to investigate and block the charges on your bank account

However, if you are not able to find this charge in any of your accounts order history and this charge is not associated with a past due balance. Microsoft recommends contacting your financial institution for a refund because exist the chance that someone is using your payment method without authorization.

It would appear I haven’t added my card on any other account I have 2 account I added a card on to one but I took it off already. I will try to get it sorted with my bank
