    Why am I being asked to pay for games that I have already purchased through the Microsoft...


    I cannot download the games that I have already purchased through the Microsoft Store. My previous orders are all listed, but they have "completed" next to them, and no way to download again. I have contacted the Microsoft Store Support desk, and they tell that I must contact Xbox Support, where apparently there is a simple fix. I have tried 30 or 40 times in the last 24 hours (even staying up until after midnight), only to get a message saying the call back service is not available, even though I tried during their listed working hours. Can anyone help please? Btw, I forgot to mention that I have tried various times over the 24 hour period, as I was trying to compensate for the time differences, as I live in the Philippines. Thanks in advance.

    Firstly I must give you my sincere apologize for not having got back to you sooner, but having had some unexpected guests arrive, I have only just got around to trying the solutions that you suggested.

    Your suggestions were very helpful, and I did indeed finally get to download the games by following your advise.

    What just happened when you tried to download your games through the Microsoft Store or Xbox app?
    Does it ask you to purchase them?

    I assume that you've already checked your account order history https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ if those games were purchased and labeled as "Completed", right? - To make sure that you checked the right account, head on to https://account.xbox.com/Profile website if the displayed gamertag is the same account you signed in to your Xbox app. You must also use the same account where you purchased your games to your Microsoft Store.

    You could repair and reset your Microsoft Store and Xbox app then make sure to sign in the same Microsoft/Xbox account on both apps.

    you need to do it thru your download history not from the marketplace

    If you don't see the game in your download history on your Xbox 360 and the marketplace still wants you to purchase the games, is it possible that you acquired the games on a different Xbox Live account? Check your >>My
    Games    << section from your Xbox.com profile and see if you see the games in question listed there.
