Why am i banned when i did comepletely nothing i have no reason to be banned

Lastly, I understand your feelings, I would be upset too. However, it is important to clarify that no one in the community forums or someone from Microsoft support is capable of assisting with enforcement actions.

The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here would have information about your suspension.

Keep in mind that LFG posts are only for looking for others to play a game with. They should essentially be 'I'm looking for x amount of people to play this game with". Anything other than that can typically result in a suspension.

If I were console banned and knew for 100% sure that I did nothing to warrant it then I most certainly would not go out and buy another console. There are two very good reasons for me not doing so; one-if I am innocent of any
claim I am going to stick to my guns and two-why give them more of my money if they are going to just randomly ban a console? Why risk getting another ban again?



But alas I don't have to worry about that happening.

Permanent bans can file for a case review. If you bothered to read the op's post they clearly stated they have already filed for a case review.

A case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team & since the decision was upheld then that's it,there's nothing else you can do.

As long as your console is set as your home console then you can start a new account & access any digital games you have installed on your console.

Please be advised that for enforcement actions there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the enforcement team. I’m so sorry you are experiencing a permanent ban with your account but the reason and all the details are only available on your end.
