Why am I banned, and can I please have help?

Ok, so Me along with some friends have been posting "Free Rl giveaways twitch phoenix_1435" for a few weeks now, tons of other people do it, I don't scan anyway, It's not irl money, I just give people their [mod removed], but I've been banned for two days for saying that,can I please get help, I don't wish to be on a communications ban, and I don't see why it's needed.

You would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information on your suspension and to see about submitting a case review. If the post was done through LFG it's because that is only meant for finding friends to play a game with. Using them to advertise things like giveaways are not allowed.

Do NOT ring phone support in regards to this issue. They do not handle policy enforcement so it would be a waste of your time and the agents time. If you would like an official reason for your ban you will need to post in the

At a quick glance your profile has Code of Conduct in all the fields, that usually happens when you have content in your profile that violates the XBL Terms of Service/Code of Conduct.

The XBL PET do not hand out enforcement action unless they have 100% proof. Just post in the link above and be patient for an answer.
