Why am I always getting banned from messaging

It is good that you have blocked the other gamer, I also would suggest reporting if they are doing something wrong.

I got the same thing bro, I am always in party chat and never sent out messages but yet I get banned with no proof?? Xbox should get their laggy system fixed instead of banning people from hearsay.. Seriously thinking about switching to ps4 as most of my
friends are also sick of this stuff.. By the way why not crackdown on the 12 year olds playing cod? I thought this was a 18+ game?? Xbox is becoming a joke.

Previously, when I have reported someone and they have gotten banned, I have gotten a message from xbox support telling me that action was taken on a report that I have recently made. The last time I have gotten that message was a year plus ago and I have
made numerous reports on messages people have sent me saying terrible sexist things and nothing has ever happened. So I am confused why now I would not be getting a message when someone is banned? I am just really getting sick of it.

What you should have done is be an adult and just either ignore the message from the player or mute, block and report them.

If you try and be "the man" then you'll always get banned and the other player always wins.
