    Why ain’t my xbox game pass ultimate working


    I bought Xbox game pass ultimate 2 years ago and since then I have been paying for it, it lets me play the Xbox games but doesn’t let me get perks or EA discounts and when I try to cancel it , it says I have no subscriptions, I checked with my other account as well

    I understand you need help with your subscription problem.

    What error are you getting when you try to claim your perks?

    If you are not seeing the subscription on your account, you may have been playing this through Home Xbox sharing. Have you checked all the accounts that you have access to? You can always see your subscription if it is active on the services page here:

    https://account.microsoft.com/services/

    I suggest finding the account first where this was subscribed to so you can check that account and try claiming perks from there.

    Xbox games pass ultimate games to be connected to be online to be sure it's the correct licence, that is why it won't work in offline :).

    Its the same Account on my XBox and on here. The Subscription doesnt show up there too. Does my Subscription stop when i purchase xbox game pass ultimate? Maybe thats why its gone cause my XBox game pass ultimate just expired

    I added a 12-month xBox Gold Ultimate subscription, but it shows 2021

    You indeed bought a year of Xbox Live Gold subscription, the reason why it was converted to Xbox game pass ultimate is because you have an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate when you redeem the code.

    Sorry but there is no annual Xbox game pass ultimate yet.
