    Why after 11 years did my gamer tag change by the Xbox live policy Enforcement team finding that was a violation of the Microsoft services agreement personally I feel violated

    My Xbox account had 11 years of xbox live gold which the tenure is 11 ,

    Sorry to heard about what happened to your GT but the enforcement team are the only ones who handle forced name changes. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact
    them and try getting it overturn

    It doesn't matter if you've had a tag for 11 years or 11 minutes, if it violates
    the code of conduct, they can change it. Having it for 11 years doesn't mean it's allowed. It just means it took that long for the enforcement team to review and change it as its only been reported recently.
