You may Reinstall the Gaming Services app:

1. Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.
   
2. In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:
   
   

   get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

3. In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:
   
   

   start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

4. Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.
   
5. Restart your device and try to install the game again.
   

I did every step, but my problem isn't fixed the folder xbox games is not stoping

it is continuing creating files i did troubleshoot it says troubleshooting couldn't identify the problem

i did disk clean up but the storage gets filled again cause the folder did not stopped creating files and cleared cache too but unfortunately it didn't worked

It looks like these files are Xbox game cache files, you can try the steps below.

1. Windows Store Apps troubleshooting

Select Start > Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters, then next to Windows Store Apps, select Run.

2. Clear the Microsoft Store cache

"Win" logo key + "R" to open "Run", type "wsreset.exe", and press Enter (this will open a blank "Command Prompt" window, which will close and automatically open the Microsoft Store after about 10 seconds).

3. Disk cleanup

• To delete temporary files:
  

1. In the search box on the taskbar, type disk cleanup, and select Disk Cleanup from the list of results.
   
2. Select the drive you want to clean up, and then select OK.
   
3. Under Files to delete, select the file types to get rid of. To get a description of the file type, select it.
   
4. Select OK.
   

• If you need to free up more space, you can also delete system files:
  

1. In Disk Cleanup, select Clean up system files.
   
2. Select the file types to get rid of. To get a description of the file type, select it.
   
3. Select OK.

Also make sure there are no outstanding download tasks in Xbox, and confirm whether the C:\XboxGames\ directory is the temporary cache file directory.
