Why 2k23 take my player for no reason?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

For cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

Many countries have adopted these rules, and most if not all require you to be 13 to create an account

If their Xbox account does not have the correct birthday set, that would be a reason for rejection

You should contact 2K support for troubles with their account system

Please help me I am 12 years old and want to play 2k but I need a my player account but everytime I try to make one and link it with my Xbox account it just keeps saying sorry not eligible for linking

I don't have a 2K account yet

This is untrue because I am trying to do this exact thing for my son and I am getting the same message. I have been at this for 2.5 hours and cant get him online to play nb2k23
