Who’s Xbox went into error code E102 after downloading warzone 2.0?

I would like to clarify, were you able to perform an offline factory reset as well wherein you'll need the following:

"A Windows-based PC with an internet connection and a USB port

A USB flash drive with a minimum 4 GB of space formatted as NTFS"

went to settings audio to make sure xbox was reading the headset, did a hard reset on the console, deleted warzone 2.0 and re downloaded it

UPDATE: just went to the something went wrong screen with the error code E102 00000C12 8007045D

Now saying something went wrong, with an error code E102 00000C11 80070003

I tried to download the app for the XboX insider program, but it says there is a problem and that i am denied. I turned off security thinking it was blocking the download and it still will not down load.? There is a web site showing all the error codes
and we have done what it says. All it did was went from a error code E106 to a E102. The phone number that i have sends me to the web site where it is saying ooops there was a problem.???? So we are back to square one with a xbox one S system having the error
code E102. So frustrated.
